This is a really quick post to share a pro-tip with you! Make a big batch of waffles and store them in a ziplock bag in the freezer. When you want to have one, pop it in the toaster to defrost and crisp it up again. I don’t have a waffle maker so I used a silicone waffle mould from @bakewareboutique and my one cup flapjack/pancake recipe.

Serve with lashings of butter and a drizzle of maple syrup!
