Step 1: Chop Chop Chop (2x garlic cloves, handful of cashews leave whole, 1\/4 red onion, 1 red chilli or chilli flakes or both)<\/h3>\n

Step 2: Make sure you have your chicken mince (2x breast ground), soya sauce (2Tb), basil (handful), sugar (2tsp) and water (1\/3 cup) ready.<\/h3>\n

Step 3: Add some oil to a wok and add the garlic, cashews, red onion and chilli.<\/h3>\n

Step 4: Add the chicken mince, break it up into smaller pieces and cook until brown.<\/h3>\n

Step 5: Add the soya sauce, sugar, water and cook. Then stir through the basil leaves and you’re done!<\/h3>\n
