• 1\/2 onion, chopped<\/li>\n
• 1 tsp garlic paste<\/li>\n
• 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced<\/li>\n
• shimeji mushrooms, whole<\/li>\n
• 1 carrot, julienned<\/li>\n
• bean sprouts<\/li>\n
• spring onion, chopped<\/li>\n
• 500ml good quality chicken stock<\/li>\n
• 2 tsp soya sauce<\/li>\n
• 1 tsp rice vinegar<\/li>\n
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce<\/li>\n
• 2 maggi noodle cakes<\/li>\n
• 1 – 2 soft boiled eggs for serving<\/li>\n
• chilli oil for serving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Method:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. In a pot, saut\u00e9 the onion and garlic in oil or butter.<\/li>\n
  2. Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and saut\u00e9.<\/li>\n
  3. Add the chicken stock, soya sauce, rice vinegar, Worcester sauce and noodle cakes.<\/li>\n
  4. Boil until the noodles are cooked then assemble your bowl as follows:<\/li>\n
  5. Place a bit of noodles in each bowl, top with shiitake mushrooms, raw shimeji mushrooms, julienned carrots, bean sprouts and a soft boiled egg cut in half.<\/li>\n
  6. Pour the broth over the noodles then sprinkle with chopped spring onion.<\/li>\n
